Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy:

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchange, refund, and return options subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: • To be eligible for an exchange, refund, or return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. • Items must be returned within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

3. Refund: • If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact our customer service team on our WhatsApp number +234-803-0666-025 to request a return authorization. • Returns must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
